This craft I love so much has, at times, caused me some anxiety. I think every woman (mom or not) has moments of feeling stretched thin and that maybe there will never be time for fun again. However, when this happens I have found there is no need to abandon my creativity or my love for handcrafting beautiful cards. I simply turn to SU! card kits!

Well, not really. Not yet. My birthday is actually later this month; however, I am celebrating the birth of my Stampin' Up business!! I have wanted to do this for such a long time. Actually, I was a hobby demonstrator for about 5-6 years before we moved but I took a hiatus while we settled into our new home. Although I still had a craft studio and all my lovely craft "stuff" I really missed being part of the SU! community. So I came back!! What if I LOVE a kit and wish I could make more? No problem! Subscribers are able to purchase refill kits (avail. on my website for $8 + tax & shipping). The refill kits have a duplicate set of all the consumable materials in the kit to recreate the fun, but keep in mind, if you love it that much others might too so get your refill before they sell out! (note: refill kits do not include ink or stamps).
Can I subscribe to get more than one kit? Absolutely! These kits are great for all ages and skill levels. Maybe in the summer months you want to up your subscription to make sure you have enough for your kiddos to participate, or what about mom when she comes to visit for the holidays? Paper Pumpkin provides a simple, low stress way to get together to craft and create memories (and gorgeous projects)! You can always adjust your subscription to meet your needs (just make sure you do so before the 10th every month). Paper Pumpkin kits are great to take on vacation too! As everything is included that you need in that heavy duty little box all you might want to do is toss in your stamp block and a pair of scissors and your good to go!
But I'm an advanced crafter, will these kits be too simple for me? Oh no, not at all! You will find many people that love to step "outside of the box" and use their supplies to make something completely different. There are many ideas on Pinterest and I will post alternate ideas as well. Even the beginner crafter will gain confidence to do this during their subscription period. It is especially helpful if the intended project doesn't fit your needs that month. Cards are on the menu but you need gift tags? No problem, cut those cards into tags and use the embellishments to decorate them as you would like. The sky is the limit!
